Make for beautiful gifts. Well packaged, well designed. Beautiful items. Ordered for the third time this year

I bought a hot diamonds glass locket and was very happy with the quality. 9 months later l dropped it and broke the glass on one side. I emailed the company to see if they carried out repairs. They responded immediately to tell me they did not, but to return it to them and they may be able to replace it. I did so and received a new locket within days, free of charge. I have never ever had this excellent service from any other company.

I am not one for buying on-line however I already have a bracelet from the HOT diamonds collection.
This time the ear rings came well packed for transit. After opening the outer box the ear rings were packed as a gift. What a delight to have and appeared to be packed with love.

I bought some lovely earrings last year but unfortunately there was a problem with one of them. I contacted Hot Diamonds and spoke to Agnes who kindly arranged for a replacement. They no longer had the design I had originally bought but I was able to choose another design which was also very pretty. It did take abit of time going back and forth mostly due to Covid and reduced staff due to furlough but I am really pleased with the level of customer service I received from Agnes and Hot Diamonds and would recommend them.

I was bought a necklace for my birthday a few months ago and unfortunately the chain snapped. I emailed in and asked if they could send a new chain but they sent me a brand new necklace all together! I was really happy and it was fantastic customer service from Agnes. Thank you!

I have been a customer of Hot Diamonds for many years but now find I cannot log in to the website.

My details are no longer recognised and when I try to reset my password I receive no email.

I have contacted Hot Diamonds via the link on the website and have received no response.

Ironically I have received marketing emails from Hot Diamonds almost every day.

Ordered items for Christmas last week, been waiting for delivery (website states a fast dispatch) called them this morning to chase only to be told they failed to monitor their stock levels properly and took orders for which they had no stock. They canceled my order so now it's likely I'll have to brace the high street panic as doubtful I'll get many online places that will manage delivery in time for Christmas... typical as I had finished my Christmas shop. Very disappointed, I wouldn't bother with a company so incompetent that they can't even manage the basics of stock levels. First time shopping with them and will be my last.

I really don't know if this company is a dodgy chinese front for fake sterling silver but every hot diamond piece I have bought second hand has been a thick coat of silver plate.
